Welcome to AD NCAA Football Top 15 Blog

Hello All and welcome to my NCAA football discussion blog. I have decided to start this blog with the intent of taking a lot of information from around college football to help me come to an educated top 15 teams. Along with listing my top 15 I will also bring a list of unknown players and best weekly match-ups . On weekly match-ups I will try to give you the time and TV listing for each game as those become available. At all times I will reference facts of many sources such as: Phil Steele's and Athlon Sports National preview annuals along with ESPN.COM NCF stories and SI.COM. In doing so I will only be taking factual stories and doing commentary from those pieces. My ideas and Opinions will always be of my own and will bare facts with thought. I hope all readers of my blog will enjoy and comment on the Top 15 and any other commentary or story I bring forth. At the time of this writing the college football season is less then 60 days away and I am sure everybody is excited for it. Enjoy the Blog and God Bless

WHY #3

Nick Saban has done wonderful job at Alabama. One National Title in 4 years. Top 5 recruiting  classes over and over again. Heisman Trophy winner for the first time in Alabama history. The Program in Tuscaloosa Alabama is moving right along and really has been ripping up the SEC for the last 2 years. Alabama returns 10 starters on Defense. I don't know if I even need to say anything more. They are going to be force on that side of the ball. Nick is a seriously good Defensive coach and bring the 3-4 style to Alabama has given them a pro style defense with lots of future pros on that side of the ball. The major question mark I have with the crimson tide is QB. I know like a lot of people that McCarron is a heralded QB out of HS but HS vs the SEC is a gigantic difference. Look over the past few years teams don't win with rookie starters in this league. In this case he has bunches of talent around him. Two really good WR's one Stud RB a very good O line. I am not saying that he won't win games. You just don't have any idea what you have until that young QB plays in a big game for the first time and it is the most important position in football. He and Alabama will get that chance early in a trip to a sure to be white out at Happy Valley vs an Improved Penn State team on Sep.10.  The rest of the work load much easier then last year. Still though it is the SEC. I think Alabama could run the table. I do think though Somebody will sneak up on the Tide and that Alabama will although win the West will do it with 1 loss along the way and play for the right to be SEC Champions in Atlanta. BCS bowl for sure. National Title could very well be in the picture. 12-1 for the Tide.
